Scope of the Book
The global tourism and hospitality industry has undergone drastic changes since the recent pandemic. In fact, the industry was among the worst hit resulting in a spate of changes within the sector mid and post-pandemic. This edited volume seeks to exploratively aggregate the most recent scientific insights into how the industry has evolved since the advent of the pandemic. Theoretical, conceptual and empirical chapter contributions are welcome. In addition, the volume is methodologically agnostic and welcomes studies using qualitative, quantitative and mixed method designs.
